Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@deepsleepmattress.com or call us at +1234567890 within 30 days of receiving your product. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, certain items are non-returnable. These include, but are not limited to, personalized products, clearance items, and items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm whether your return has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. The cost of return shipping is non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. If you are returning an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us immediately at service@deepsleepmattress.com with photographs of the damage. We will provide you with a return shipping label and either a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
